Mama Carlson hired a radio consultant named Norris Breeze, who, in the past, had a relationship with Andy Travis. Breeze had become very successful in selling his service, and he had made many stations more profitable, but it was not anything that Travis or the rest W.K.R.P. were interested in. Travis and company would play Breeze perfectly when he visited the station, and his report was full of erroneous information.
