You didn't have to be Tony Parker to realize that there was a lot to like about Eva Longoria's turn as Charlotte Frost in Empire as there may not have been a lot of depth to this character, but there didn't have to be. Parker is the Director of the Las Vegas Gaming Commission and can help Lucious Lyon expand Empire into Vegas. Of course, she was also an ex of Lucious, like so many on this show!
