Played by the real Chicago garage band, The Faded Blue, we come across a group that was exploited by a conniving manager (who is the real star of the film). With new clothes, a new name (The Big Blast), and access to more women and drugs than hey could imagine, the group has a hit but no money, which is swindled by their manager. The group would sabotage their career to get out of the contract (the last one seeing them pay 80% of their earnings to him), and we are led to believe they were a one hit wonder.
