Before there were Lillith and Diane, Fraiser Crane was married to a free-spirited hippy named Nannette. She would later become a successful children’s singer who reconnected with Frasier when he was married to Lilith, as their son was a fan of the now named Nanny G.

Lilith dubbed her "Nanny G-Spot," as it was evident that she still had feelings of a sexual variety for her ex. Played by Emma Thompson in the Cheers episode, Laurie Metcalf took on the role when it was reprised a decade later on Frasier.
