How many Psychedelic Folk artists who lead a hippy cult in the 1980’s deserve to be in the Fictitious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

If the answer is one, then that honor will go to Jeremiah Sand (Linus Roache) in the movie, Mandy. This is far more creepy than musical but since we haven’t seen anything like it before it is hard to keep it off as a nominee.
