20. Jerry Korab

Beginning his career with the Chicago Blackhawks and Vancouver Canucks, Defenseman Jerry Korab was traded to the Buffalo Sabres during the 1973-74 Season.

A large and imposing blueliner, Jerry “King Kong” Korab was a significant cog in the Buffalo Sabres Stanley Cup appearance in 1975.  Korab owned a booming shot, which helped him display solid offensive skills.  With Buffalo, Korab scored 40 or more Points five times in a row and had another streak with the Los Angeles Kings later in his career.  He was also a two-time All-Star.
