It didn’t take long for anyone watching the Cosby Show to realize that he loved Jazz and the Blues and if you weren’t a fan of those genres, the Coz was going to do what he could to change that opinion. As it turns out, Cliff Huxtable’s (Bill Cosby) father was a former slide trombone player in a generic sounding band called the Jazz Caravan, and we get to see Russell “Slide” Huxtable make his triumphant return.
