24. Chad Brown

Chad Brown was a First Team All-Pro in 1996 when he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he signed the year after with the Seattle Seahawks.

Chris Warren was a beast at small Division III Ferrum College, but he could do the same at the NFL level?  The Seattle Seahawks thought they would take a shot with him with their Fourth Round pick in 1990.

21. Lofa Tatupu

The son of former NFL Fullback, Mosi Tatupu, Lofa Tatupu would exceed his father’s career, first by being an All-American Linebacker and two-time National Champion at USC, and then for his work on the professional ranks with the Seattle Seahawks.

20. Dave Brown

You could argue that Dave Brown went from ecstasy to agony, as he was a rookie in Pittsburgh, winning the Super Bowl in 1975.  That was one way to look at it, but the other was that he went from backup to starting Free Safety when he was taken in the Expansion Draft by the Seattle Seahawks.
