Jayson Werth

Jayson Werth was a popular member of the 2008 Philadelphia Phillies World Series Championship Team.  The Outfielder would be an Al Star in 2009 and was the National League leader in Doubles in 2010 but his better accumulative totals took place with the Washington Nationals where he played from 2011 to 2017.

Jason Grilli

Playing for nine different teams in the Majors, Jason Grilli had every imaginable role as a Pitcher.  Grilli was mostly used out of the bullpen and he would have one memorable year in 2013 where he was the closer for the Pittsburgh Pirates and would accumulate 33 Saves and earned a trip to the All-Star Game.  He would participate in 595 Games over his career.

Jacoby Ellsbury

Jacoby Ellsbury played entirely in the American League elite where he played mostly with the Boston Red Sox and later for the New York Yankees.  Ellsbury first came up in the 2007 season when he was called up in June of 2007 and would make the starting lineup and would help the Red Sox win the World Series where he batted .438.

J. J. Hardy

J.J. Hardy was a two-time All-Star who was one of the better defensive Shortstops of his day and four times over his career he had a Defensive bWAR over 2.0 that placed him in the top eight of his respective league.  Hardy was a two-time All Star (2007 & 2013), the second of which took place with the Baltimore Orioles where he had the best part of his career.  Hardy won three Gold Gloves with Baltimore (2012 to 2014) and he would also win the 2013 Silver Slugger Award.  Five times he would finish with 20 or more Home Runs and he had 1,488 Hits over his career.  His career On Base Percentage of .305 does however leave a lot to be desired.
