Sad to say, they really don't really do anything for me musically. Can't really pinpoint it...the music just goes "right through me". They are proficient at their instruments, but I've seen better. Does anyone know of anyone covering a Matthews tune? What makes this particularly frustrating, is that Matthews is a really good guy that tries really hard. Is a really good citizen and thinks of social issues. He also is a "current" artist, not stuck in the 60s/70s, and at the same time, is not trickery reliant on studio trickery(unl ike some "manufacture d" pop and hip-hop artists. In other words, DMB is something I am SUPPOSED to like, WANT to like...….but somehow feeling it.
