I attended several shows of the rock and roll Hall of Fame members..Jou rney,ACDC, ZZ TOP Heart, Van Halen, Rush, Cheap Trick, Yes, Kiss....Rush ,Van Halen and Styx were my favorite shows. I like all the bands I listed,and thats just a few of the shows I attended. Styx is not in ..ABBA,Princ e and The Supremes are in?? Linda Ronstadt,Bre nda Lee and Donna Summer ..are in... Dusty Springfield is in ..Dusty Springfield? ?? Styx had a string of 4 multi-platin um albums and had 16 top 40 singles in the United States..they put on a damn good show and connect with their fans....they belong in the RR Hall of Fame..Mr Roboto ??...is it any worse then the 4 Season's Sherry Baby..[censored]s://youtu.be/3cShYbLkhBc

I feel this is the most underrated band of the modern rock era. Hit after hit and still going strong with full season tours every year. The critics have always shunned them and for what reason who knows. Leaving them out of the HOF and admitting bands like Cheap Trick makes me sick and completely destroys the credibility of the Rock n Roll HOF.

Boston
Journey
Kansas

I have to be choosy when commenting on groups who should be in the R&R Hall of Fame. I like many others feel the Hall is not really relevant until they induct the Moody Blues. With that said another group who needs consideratio n and high praise is Styx. By the way I like Mr. Roboto. Styx was great to listen to. Styx provided us with some of the most memorable songs in Rock and Roll. A lot of people liked Styx. The Hall should listen to the people which they don't because Rolling Stone controls the Hall and RS doesn't listen to anyone but their own.

Been a Styx fan before Styx was cool. From the ballads such as Lady and Babe(#1 hit) to the hard hitting Renegade, Miss America this group still draws large crowds wherever they go. when Dennis DeYoung left, his spot was filled in admirably by Lawrence Gowan who in my opinion is an even better showman and keyboardist. Anyone who has never seen a show or listened to some of the finest albums ever produced from cut to cut is missing out on a musical feast. Vote them in please or at least move them up the list.....WAY UP!
