Angelina Ruggiero

Medalling in four consecutive Olympic Games, Angela Ruggiero is the fourth female hockey player in the Hockey Hall of Fame. Ruggiero won the Gold with the United States in 1998 and the same colored medal in four World Championships.

Fred Shero

A defenceman who played ten seasons with the New York Rangers, Fred Shero would become a Hockey Hall of Famer for his work as the Philadelphia Flyers Head Coach. Shero would lead the Flyers to Stanley Cup wins in 1974 and 1975 and would win the Jack Adams Trophy as the NHL’s Coach of the Year in 1974.

Bill McCreary

Bill McCreary refereed 1,700 NHL Games and 282 NHL Playoff Games, including thirteen Stanley Cup Finals in a row. You don’t get those opportunities because you have a bias or are bad at your job! McCreary also officiated the Gold Medal Game in the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Geraldine Heaney

The third female inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, Geraldine Heaney would anchor the blueline that helped the Canadian Woman’s National Team to many victories and tournaments. Heaney was a steady for the Canadian Woman’s team for years.
