With the exception of six Games at the end of his career with the California Angels, Gary Nolan was with Cincinnati for his entire career assisting them to consecutive World Series titles in the 70’s.
Nolan would have four 15 Win seasons for the Reds and would finish 6th and 5th in Cy Young voting respectively in 1970 and 1972. A good control pitcher, Nolan would lead the National League in BB/9 in both of his World Series Championship seasons. His Cincinnati career would see him go 110 and 67 with 1,035 Strikeouts, and he was the lone inductee in 1983 to the Reds Hall of Fame.
