#4. Chris Paul: Phoenix Suns

Chris Paul is already a Hall of Fame player, but he is missing an NBA Championship. Three years ago, in what was his only year in Oklahoma City, he rebounded with his first All-Star year after a three-year drought, and the Point Guard was also named a Second Team All-Star.  Paul was traded to Phoenix last year and not only he was still productive and leading by example, but he also led the Suns to their first Finals in decades.  Paul also was an All-Star again and Second Team All-NBA for the second year in a row, and he added a Third Team last year.  The accolades keep coming for Paul.  That elusive NBA Title could still happen.  Pre 2019-20 Rank: #3, Pre 2020-21 Rank #4, Pre 2021-22 Rank: #3.
