We have said for years that Turner is a hard player to rank, as even though he was chosen for five consecutive Pro Bowls as a Carlina Panther (2015-19), the Guard was never in serious consideration for an All-Pro spot.  After his five Pro Bowls, Turner has since bounced around the league, with a year each with the Chargers, Steelers and Commanders.  Now he joins the Saints, and the question is what is left in the prverbial tank.
