166. Faith No More

Though it is forgotten by the new generation, there was a time when those who loved Hard Rock/Metal would have nothing to do with those who loved Hip Hop. They seemed like such polar opposites that it seemed virtually impossible for the two camps to possibly merge. After Faith No More arrived, a lot of music fans didn’t think they were so different after all.

26. Bad Company

If any band on this list might get in based on the sum of their parts, it could very well be Bad Company; considered one of the first true Supergroups of the 1970’s. Coincidently, it might be their best way to get in too.

75. Cliff Richard & the Shadows

If you had more hits than the Beatles and the Rolling Stones combined you would think that you may be a lock for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. However, in the muddled case of Cliff Richard & the Shadows, this was a chart distinction held in Great Britain and not Stateside.

67. Brent Sutter

Normally if you are considered the best hockey player in your family it isn’t much of an accolade.  This was not the case for Brent Sutter who may have been the most talented of what could be the most storied siblings of professional hockey.  The Sutters were known for their work ethic and Brent was no exception. Brent Sutter was known for doing all the small intangibles to make a team successful, and yet he was still able to achieve over 800 points in his career. He likely won’t get in, but should he slip in it might be a celebration of the Sutter family as a whole.
