We here at the Fictitious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame don’t think that we are going out on a limb when we state that if you have James Brown in a film that it will be legendary.
As Reverend Cleophus James, he showed “Joliet” Jake Blues the “light”, which generated the mission from God. In the 1980 film Blues Brothers, Brown sang “The Old Landmark” and we can’t think of a better person to kick off the musical festivities.
