Following his turn in Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, Dave Madden would become Reuben Kincaid on the Partridge Family, where he portrayed the band's manager. When he wasn't booking the family band, he matched wits with their inept bass player (Danny), and their conflict was often the best part of the show.
We have to say that Kincaid's ability to book this group has to be legendary as this had one talent (David Cassidy), another talent that didn't fit (Shirley Jones), and a bunch of incompetents. That in itself might earn Kincaid a spot in our Hall of Fame.
