In the Fictional Rock and Roll world, you don't often see the musicians buy their instruments. Why would you? It isn't unusual, that is unless you go to Chicago and but your equipment at Ray's Music Exchange. Owned by Ray (we don't know his last name, but maybe it rhymes with Charles?), he is blind and charismatic and will pull a gun on you if you try to steal from him. In the 1980 film, The Blues Brothers, we are treated to him singing “Shake a Tail Feather” to the delight of all the people in Chicago.
