Although Sweden is known to many casual music fans for just Bubblegum Pop Music, the Scandinavian nation is actually a hotbed for Metal Music.   Opeth is one of those bands, and easily one of the better ones. Known for pushing the boundaries of Progressive Metal, they have always received positive reviews from the critics and established themselves in the genre. Of course, powerhouse Metal acts form the 70’s and 80’s are not yet in, so the odds for this Swedish group is poor to say the least.
