49. George Kunz

A Baltimore Colt for the last five seasons of his career, George Kunz still had a lot left when he arrived to the team after a great run in Atlanta.  Kunz’s last two seasons in the NFL were not memorable, but his first three were Pro Bowl seasons, including a First Team All Pro and two Second Team All Pro nods.

As the second draft pick of 1969, George Kunz had the fortune of playing for Notre Dame (when that mattered) and winning a National Championship there.  He did not have the same luck when he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons.
