164. Joey Styles

The voice of ECW, was not just the announcer for the renegade Philadelphia based promotion but for many he was one of the best announcers of all time.

79. Jim Crockett Jr.

Not that anyone really came close to giving Vince a run in the 80’s, but if anyone had to be picked it would have been Jim Crockett Jr. who made an attempt to expand his territory and made a dent into pay per view.  Although he was eventually unsuccessful, the matches and programs in his territory were among the most memorable of wrestling history.

Jim Barnett

Jim Barnett was not a successful wrestler, but as a promoter he had few equals. Barnett first struck gold promoting in Australia and would return to the United States as a very successful promoter of Georgia Championship Wrestling. He does have a tie with the WWE as he used to be an adviser for the WWF, and at one time WCW.

86. Jerry Jarrett

The father of Jeff Jarrett had a lot more impact in the world of wrestling than casual fans realize.  Jerry Jarrett was a top star in the Memphis territory holding multiple championships in the Volunteer State, but he slowly worked his way into to becoming a promoter, and by the decade’s end, ran one of the tightest organizations.  Jerry “The King” Lawler appears to represent Memphis in terms of the WWE Hall of Fame, but an induction for Jarrett seals its importance.
