306. Willie Galimore

Considered to be one of the last great finds before the modern era of scouting, Willie Galimore was a 5th Round Draft Pick in 1957 from Florida A&M.  Galimore was one of the quickest players in college, and that was the case when he went pro with the Chicago Bears.  Galimore would play seven seasons in the NFL, all with Chicago, and he would accumulate 4,186 Yards from Scrimmage, with three seasons seeing him finish in the top ten in Rushing Yards.  He would assist the Bears in winning the 1963 NFL Championship, which unfortunately would be the last game he ever played.

Born in Russia but immigrating to Wisconsin at the age of four, Charles "Buckets" Goldenberg would play college football in his home state of Wisconsin and would remain in the “Badger State” as a professional by signing with the Green Bay Packers in 1933.  The Packers would be the only team he would play for and would stay with until 1945.  Goldenberg excelled at both sides of the ball and was named a Pro Bowl in 1939, but more importantly, he helped the Packers win three NFL Championships (1936, 1939 & 1944).  He would be chosen for the 1930’s All-Decade Team.

287. Frank Cope

Frank Cope was a member of the 1930's All-Decade Team, although most of his career took place in the 1940s.

216. Houston Antwine

Houston Antwine eschewed the Detroit Lions of the NFL for the Boston Patriots of the AFL, which appeared by all counts to be the correct decision.
