In what we thought was one of Adam Sandler’s better films, he played Robbie Hart, a kind hearted wedding singer whose real goal is to write songs. He sang quite a bit in the film, gave us new material and chummed up with Billy Idol in the film’s final act leading us to believe that he might make it as a successful songwriter. We may have just talked ourselves into pushing for this induction.
