Teen Idols have always been popular, and if we are to believe what we see in The Jetsons, they will be in the distant future too.
From that animated series, we have Jet Screamer, who is the object of young Judy Jetson's affection. In the series, she gets to meet Jet when her father George sabotages his daughter's song (the winning song gets to meet Jet) with Elroy's nonsensical one. George Jetson clearly can't read the kids today as Elroy's song won, enabling Judy to meet Jet, who sings "Eep Op Ork Ah Ah” to her.
