If you are going to be evil in on a television show, it stands to reason that you need some underlings. On the Sid and Marty Kroft program, The Bugaloos, the nemesis of the show’s namesake were opposed by Benita Bizarre had Woofer and Tweeter, who were two incompetent henchmen. You can’t really be upset with Woofer and Tweeter as they can’t be expected to be any good as they generally aren’t when they have an evil boss.
