2022 Fictitious Rock and Roll Contributors -- Round 1

Bobbi Flekman

Bobbi Flekman
  • Contest: 2022 Fictitious Rock and Roll Contributors -- Round 1
  • Working for Polymer Records in Artist Relations, we meet up with Bobbi Flekman, who was the "hostess with the mostess." Flekman was always seen smoking and was able to be perky and stern at the same time. With her widow’s peak front and center, Flekman had no problem telling Spinal Tap's manager, Ian Faith, that the artwork for the bands "Smell the Glove" was offensive. She would later appear on the episode of "The Nanny," and coincidentally looked a lot like the titular character.
  • TV Show/Movie Appeared: This is Spinal Tap (1984)
  • Actor/Actress: Fran Drescher
  • Position Portrayed: Artist Relations
  • Why you should vote:: Her mantra of “money talks and bullshit walks” holds true.
  • Why you should not vote:: According to Spinal Tap, she would later go on to bury a lot of bands.
