Bob Shawkey is an underappreciated member of Yankees history, but when you play alongside the likes of Babe Ruth, that is easy to see why.
The hurler holds the distinction of being the first pitcher to throw in Yankee Stadium and is a four-time 20 game-winner. He would win the ERA Title in 1920 and had a 3.12 ERA overall with the Yankees as well as a record of 168-131 with 1,163 Strikeouts.
