38. Jamaal Tinsley

Jamaal Tinsley was drafted by the Vancouver Grizzlies (27th Overall), and then two trades later (on the same day), he was an Indiana Pacer.

As a rookie, Tinsley took over the starting Point Guard role would hold that for seven seasons.  The former Iowa State Cyclone was a Second Team All-Rookie and finished seventh in Assists per Game (8.1).  Tinsley would be sixth in Assists per Game as a sophomore (7.5) and would develop more of a scoring touch, highlighted by a 15.4 Points per Game season in 2004-05.  He would continue to play well, but injuries would amount, and he would sit out the full 2008-09 season until he was waived afterward.

Tinsley would overall average 10.4 Points and 7.0 Assists per Game.
