If there was a Hall of "Fairly Decent", Brook Lopez might be the poster child for it. That is the career that he had, and while he is worthy of being on the fringes of this list, we know he is not getting in. He is however an NBA Champion and a second Title in 2024, which would create a whisper. Pre-2020-21 Rank: #45, Pre-2021-22 Rank: #45, Pre-2021-22 Rank: #46.
