18. Bob Barker

The former Price is Right host made only one WWE Guest Host appearance on Monday Night Raw but Bob Barker arguably had the most memorable one.  Does that make him a WWE Hall of Fame inductee?  We are not sure, but this is a better resume than those who already in the Celebrity Wing.
