43. Kevin Hatcher

Best known for his time with the Washington Capitals, where he would thrice finish in the top ten in Norris Trophy voting.  After his successful run in Washington, he would spend two seasons in Dallas before being traded for Sergei Zubov after the 1995-96 season.

The Defenseman would be with the Penguins for three seasons, where he still maintained a high level of two-way play from the blueline.  He would score 54 points in 1996-97, his best year since his 79 Point output as a Capital four years prior.  Hatcher would be named an All-Star for his fifth and final time that year.

The American would have 48 Points and 38 Points in his next two years, and he would overall score 140 Points with a .64 PPG, an excellent number for a Defenseman.  He was traded before the 1999-00 season to the New York Rangers.
