24. Paul Martin

Paul Martin was a former Mr. Minnesota in hockey, and he would hone his skills at the University of Minnesota, where he took the Golden Gophers to an NCAA Championship in 2002 and 2003.

 

Martin was drafted in 2000 by New Jersey, and after winning his titles at Minnesota, he reported to the Devils in 2003, scoring 23 Points as a rookie.  After the lockout year, the Defenseman had 37 Points and two more campaigns where he climbed over 30 Points.  With the Devils, he had two seasons where he finished at the top-ten in Defensive Point Shares.

Martin left Pittsburgh as a Free Agent, and he had 163 Points for New Jersey.
