While Marc Savard was not on the ice during the 2011 Stanley Cup Championship run, his name was etched on the cup as he was one of the men who helped get them there.
Savard would sign with the Bruins following a breakout season in Atlanta and would continue that momentum as a viable scoring threat in the NHL.  Savard would average a Point per Game Average as a Bruin and was poised to keep that up until a two concussions over two consecutive years forced him to hang up the skates.  Had he been able to continue playing, his ranking would be much higher.
