Swilling was a monster. When you have a set limit someone is going to be excluded. Humphrey was not better than Haley, Doleman or Greenwood. Marshall's longevity enhances his candidacy. It's close between him and Smith, but it's not a bad call to go with Mr. "Who are the Chefs?".The Andersons will be interesting. They both have cases that are as strong as Jan Stenerud's, if not stroner.Ziggy Koole wrote:I agree with you, all three players have a case for them. In fact, I'll go add them to my "Just missed the cut list," right now.Humphrey I feel belongs, but were already stacked at defensive end (was he really better than Haley, Greenwood, Marshall, Doleman, or even Neil Smith?)As for Robinson, he was actually my fifth best OLB, I was debating between him and Pat Swilling and Swilling won out. i was going to put him in the just missed the cut section, but somehow I forgot. As for Van Note, I could see his case but Dermontti Dawson and Mick Tingelhoff were clearly better IMHO.And if your wondering why I chose Gary Anderson over Morten Andersen it's because Morten isn't elligible until 2013.
