49. Shawn Springs

Shawn Springs was the top Cornerback taken in the 1997 Draft (3rd Overall) by the Seattle Seahawks, and the Ohio State Buckeye would play there for the first seven seasons of his career.

Springs immediately started at Left Cornerback, and in his second season, he had was easily his best career in the National Football League.  In his 1998 Pro Bowl year, Springs would put up personal highs in Interceptions (7), Interception Return Yards (142), and Approximate Value (12), and it was the first of three straight seasons where he would have at least 75 Tackles. 

Springs played with Seattle until he signed with the Washington Redskins in 2004.  He started 88 of his 93 Games and had 20 Interceptions with 434 Tackles as a Seahawk.
