Krueger played for the 49ers from 1959 to 1973, and he started 193 of his 198 Games played. He was a two-time Pro Bowl and two-time Second Team All-Pro, and an ironman of sorts as he only missed eight games over his 15-year career.
Krueger was later inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame, and in 1974, the 49ers retired his no. 70. He was part of the first class of the 49ers Hall of Fame in 2009.
