41. Roy Foster

Roy Foster went coast-to-coast in his college to pro transition when he went from USC to Miami as a First Round Pick in 1982.

The Offensive Guard did not start as a rookie and only one game as a sophomore, but in 1984, he was their starting Left Guard, and he strung together three straight years with an Approximate Value of 10 or more.  Foster was a Pro Bowl Selection in 1985 and 1986, and he remained a prized Offensive Lineman until 1989.  Foster left Miami for the San Francisco 49ers in 1991, where he played three more seasons before retiring.
