Jackson would see more and more action, and in 2009, he would have his first of three 1,000 Yard season as a Charger, with the others coming in 2009 and 2011. A contract dispute and suspension held him to only five Games in 2010, which likely kept him from another four-digit 1,000 year while wearing the lightning bolt.
Jackson was twice a Pro Bowler in San Diego, but frustration from his 2010 season likely was the root cause for him to seek new surroundings, which he found when he signed with Tampa Bay in 2012. With the Chargers, Jackson totaled 4,754 Receiving Yards and 37 Touchdowns.
