43. Dave Kocourek

The professional career of Dave Kocourek began in 1959 when the Wisconsin Badger joined the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.

After one year there, he joined the Los Angeles Chargers of the American Football League, and he would become one of the notable offensive weapons of the Bolts during the first half of the 1960s. Kocourek was equally adept at blocking as he was in receiving, and from 1961 to 1964 the Tight End was an AFL All-Star.

A member of the 1963 AFL Championship Team, Kocourek, was also a four-time Second Team All-AFL Selection.  The Tight End joined the Miami Dolphins in 1966, but the best days of his career were over.  With the Chargers, Kocourek had 3,720 Yards and 21 Touchdowns.
