38. Paul Spicer

With the exception of his rookie season, Paul Spicer would spend his entire NFL career with Jacksonville.

Playing at Defensive End, got off to a slow start, playing in only three games in 2000.  Spicer appeared in more games, but he did not become a regular starter until 2005, which was a role he had for four years.  He would twice have seasons of 7.5 Sacks and had 28.5 in total.
