28. Carl Pickens

Carl Pickens was a two-time SEC Selection at the University of Tennessee, so the Cincinnati Bengals were happy to land him with the Second Round Pick in 1992. Pickens had 555 All-Purpose Yards as a rookie, and he won the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year, so needless to say, his professional start was decent.

Pickens would have his first 1,000 Receiving Yard year in 1994 (1,127), and it ushered in a three-year streak of at least 1,000 Yards and 10 Touchdowns.  His best season was in 1995, where he had 1,234 Yards and led the NFL with 17 Receiving Touchdowns.  Pickens was also a Pro Bowl Selection in 1995 and 1996.

After an injury-riddled 1997 season, Pickens had his fourth 1,000 Yard year, but he only had five Touchdowns.  The Wide Receiver had another year in a Bengals uniform before signing with the Tennessee Titans in 2000.

As a Bengal, Pickens totaled 6,887 Yards and 63 Touchdowns.
