Drew Barrymore would become the queen of the RomCom, and one of the turns was as Sophie Fisher in the 2007 flick, Music & Lyrics. Here, she is hired to water plants for washed-up 80's musician, Alex Fletcher (Hugh Grant), who has been hired to try to write a song for Cora, the top star of the day. As it turned out, the quirky plant waterer was a natural lyricist who wound up working with Fletcher on the song, "A Way Back into Love."
Of course, this is a RomCom, so the real story is how Fisher and Fletcher fall in love.
