First off, how many Hannah Montana fans caught that this character was named after the actress who played Helen Willis?
Never mind.
Roxy Roker was the fulltime bodyguard of Hannah Montana, who frankly didn't look that tough, and thankfully she wasn't really tested. We do, however, assume that she was well compensated considering her client.
