We don't know the first name of Mrs. Murphy, but we know that she was played by Aretha Franklin, who belted out "Think" in her soul food restaurant. The song was delivered when the Blues Brothers arrived at her soul food restaurant, and she was warning her husband, Matt "Guitar" Murphy not to rejoin the band and stay with her and the life they put together. The guitar man didn't listen, and in retrospect, it wasn't the right move but the far more entertaining one.
Seriously though, how does one say no to Aretha?
