Before he was Detective Lenny Brisco (our favorite character on Law & Order by the way) he was the evil manager of Andromeda, who were set to perform on a worldwide broadcast on Musicworld. Mangros figured out how to send mind control through the performance so that the youth of the future would riot. Luckily Buck Rogers (and, of course, Col. Wilma) were there to save the day.
