While Jamie Vine has an ear for music, as a woman in the early 70's, she is struggling to get her voice heard. An assistant in the A&R Department at American Century, Vine is ambitious, and it was she who discovered the Nasty Bits, the proto-punk band that was poised to revolutionize rock and roll. However, maybe sleeping with the group though, isn't the best way to prove your worth.
