Following his foray into the movie world, Chili Palmer (who is arguably the coolest mobster ever) entered the music industry following the death of his friend and fellow gangster Tommy Athens, who owned a record company. Palmer would then act as a consultant of sorts to his widow (who he later became involved with…some friend!) and helps but the label back on track, as only Chili Palmer can do!
