Music and fashion are always intertwined, so why not bring a fashion designer to seduce (a much) younger rapper?
Lucious is no fan of Camilla Marks Whiteman, a fashion designer who became the love interest of Hakeem Lyon, and through her connections, she was able to (albeit temporarily) wrest control of Empire so that she can give it to Hakeem. Of course, anyone who goes against Lucious usually loses, and sure enough, he gave her poison after filming her do the same to her wife.
