Like a few others on this list, Jamal Mashburn lost a few ranking spots because his Hornets tenure was split between Charlotte and New Orleans. Despite that fact, Mashburn made his 116 Games in Charlotte count. In Charlotte, Mashburn averaged over 20 Points and 7 Rebounds per Game, producing over 10 Win Shares as the team's scoring leader.

Incidentally, Mashburn would have his best season when the franchise relocated to New Orleans, where he would go to his lone All-Star Game.
